About Me

My name is Mia - I love art, music, and bodybuilding. What started out as physical therapy for chronic pain back in 2019 turned into a new lifestyle choice and a passion to constantly better myself. Here’s a little self testimony.

When I was 16, I developed chronic knee pain that was unexplained to many physical therapists. I felt hopeless and weak. After finally receiving answers that my chronic pain was an indirect cause of low muscle mass, I made a change. And with the inspiration and information from my physical therapist, who is a powerlifter, I was hooked. My knee pain has been almost fully gone for years, and I have never felt this in control of myself and choices. I knew that once I felt this way, I wanted to be able to help others find a passion and fulfillment in the same way. 

Female fitness is completely different from male fitness, and I’m tired of seeing one-size-fits-all programs and AI built workout plans. And although the basic principles of macronutrients, calories in calories out, and workout are the same, what works and doesn’t in terms of routines are different for everyone- and that’s why I’m here to help you find what works for you and your body. I am very driven, motivated, and want to help you take accountability for yourself and show up for yourself every day. fitness doesn’t have to be hard- it can be fun and fulfilling! Whether you’re trying to lose weight or be a bodybuilder, I can help women (and men) feel and look your best self.
